ESTIMATOR

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepare preliminary and final detailed estimates of construction costs based on drawings, specifications and sketches
• Prepare change order estimates
• Provide support in price negotiations
• Review vendor and subcontractor proposals for merit and accuracy

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience in construction estimating
• Prefer BS or BA in construction management, engineering, architecture or a closely related field
• Knowledge of current local construction labor and material costs
• Extensive experience in developing and estimating the scope of work for change orders
• Good oral and written communications skills
• Ability to develop scope of work based on contract documents

SUPERINTENDENT

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Ability to execute construction of site concrete scope of work
• Read and adhere to contract drawings and specifications
• Perform material take-offs
• Motivate and drive workforce to meet or exceed estimated man hours
• Schedule work efficiently to complete project within contracted schedule
